SSC MTS Eligibility Criteria 2022:

SSC MTS Age Limits
The candidate applying for the SSC MTS 2022 Exam must fulfil the age criteria as per the official notification. The age criteria are provided below.
- The candidate must have attained the age of 18 years.
- The maximum age limit to apply for the post of SSC MTS should be 25 years old as of August 1, 2022.

SSC MTS Exam Pattern 2022
The SSC MTS Exam 2022 will consist of two papers viz. Paper-I & Paper-II. Paper-I will be a multiple-choice question while Paper-II would be a descriptive type. Paper-I will be a computer-based test consisting of 100 questions of 100 marks and of 90 minutes duration.
On the other hand, Paper-II will be of 50 marks descriptive type questions to be completed within 30 minutes. For each incorrect attempt, ¼ marks would be deducted.

The commission releases a cut-off list a few days after the examination is conducted. Cut off is basically the qualifying marks. Candidates scoring more than the cut-off marks would be eligible to appear for the SSC MTS Paper-I exam. The selection process for MTS takes place through two stages of written examination. The following are the stages of the SSC MTS selection process.
- Candidates qualifying the minimum eligibility criteria will be called for the first round of computer-based tests- Paper-I.
- Successful candidates of the first round of examination and depending upon the cut-off marks set by the commission will have to appear for the Paper-II descriptive type examination.
- The final merit list will be prepared for candidates qualifying for the Paper-II examination.
- Successful candidates are called for document verification depending upon the rank of candidates.
- Successfully verified candidates will be allotted respective postings and send offer letters on their registered mail ID and postal address.
